Part A

Pre-task hold points

Tick only when you can identify the supporting evidence.

Current P&ID, hydraulic/pneumatic schematic or approved line-up is available. Tag, service, pressure class, materials and flow direction match the work pack. Every connected pressure source, return, vent, drain and destination is identified. Permit, isolation, overrides and affected parties are confirmed. Stored energy, trapped pressure and unexpected actuator motion are controlled. Vent/drain discharge route and required exposure controls are approved. Final state, acceptance criteria and escalation trigger are defined.

Part C

Integrity inspection

Body, valves, fittings and supports show no leakage, corrosion, erosion or mechanical damage. Tags, flow arrows and position indication are legible and unambiguous. Vents and drains are capped, plugged or routed exactly as the design requires. Relief, thermal relief and accumulator isolation paths are not blocked. Hydraulic cleanliness or instrument-air condition is within the approved requirement. Hazardous-area, fire-safe, fugitive-emission or sour-service controls are intact where applicable.
